All items are inspected before shipping to ensure the highest quality of goods are being sent to you. Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at [email protected] if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item and kindly include images showing the faulty/damaged product.
The team will further evaluate if the item is deemed eligible for refunds or exchanges.
You may return a product purchased from Exquisite within 30 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in its original condition, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- The item/s shipped are defective
- All tags and labels must be intact and included.
- The item must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Customized or personalized items are strictly not eligible for returns or refunds unless damaged or defective.
